Throughout his career, Stan has focused on a consultative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to assist clients build company value. He has over 33 years experience in commercial, corporate and international banking with major regional, national and international banks. His responsibilities included business development, credit administration, key account management, and international trade finance for small to midsize companies and Fortune 500 firms. His overseas experience included postings in Tokyo, Seoul and London. As principal in a consulting practice, Stan also provided strategic financial advisory services for small to midsize firms with annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million. He focused on accessing growth capital, recommending an optimal capital structure, and ownership transition planning. His focus at the SBDC is advising new-to-export and new-to-market firm expand their international sales and grow company value.
